Wide choices for shoes. If you are looking for discounted shoes, go in the back where they have all the clearance shoes. Associates are helpful and nice.
Service sucked. They had 1 cashier and she called for backup 5 times abandoned someone cane 5 minutes later. The manager was on the floor lollygagging and showed up 10 minutes later.
First time in. Store looks very messy. Sale signs randomly placed which makes you think things are marked down when they aren’t. When manager was asked about this, she was extremely rude. Will not go back to this location.
Stop by last minute because I needed work shoes. So much more available than the DSW by me. As the shelves empty, they are stocking just as quickly. Staff was great. Found 4 sets of shoes I really wasn't expecting to get but could use.
customer service is lacking and when you do find someone to help you, they are rude and can’t even stop walking to answer your question. Not to mention the look of disgust of having to be bothered lol. Wow. Terrible.
Could not pick up my online order, DSW canceled my order and i have not recover my money back, would not recommend.

i was there today i walked in and the sweet lady with the red hair had a long line she was doing everything with a beautiful smile i got my shoes went on the line she was using two computers at once she is good at her job and then i seen her name it was mermaid it made my day she signed me up with a dsw account she even helped me get get shoes i wanted online. as i was leaving a lady came in with a walker and she went up to her and ask her if she needed anything she is so awesome
